Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system.
• Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Please ensure you arrive on time to receive your full treatment.
• Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or cancellation, and the full treatment price may still be charged.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will require full payment of the treatment cost.
• If the cancellation fee is not paid, you will be unable to make future bookings until the outstanding balance has been settled.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price.

Payments

• Payment is due as stated at the time of booking or after your appointment, depending on the service.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Outstanding balances must be cleared before any future appointments can be booked.

Deposits 

• Some treatments may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
• Deposits will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment.
• Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or fail to attend your appointment.

Refunds

• Refunds are not offered for completed treatments.
• If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss and resolve the issue where possible.

Health & Safety

• It is your responsibility to inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or medications prior to your appointment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behaviour.
• Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Personal Belongings

• We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items brought to appointments.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version will always apply to your booking
